User Notifications

The User Notifications module in Flux CRM provides a list of notifications to help employees stay informed about important tasks and updates. Notifications come in two types:

  • Company-Wide Notifications: Visible to all users within a specific company. These notifications address tasks or events relevant to the entire organization.
  • User-Specific Notifications: Visible only to a particular user. These notifications are tailored to individual users and their responsibilities.

Notification Types

Multiple notification types keep employees aware of important events, such as:

  • Product is in production since two weeks: Alerts employees when a product has been in production for two weeks.

  • Product is close to delivery date: Notifies employees when a product's delivery date for a customer is close.

  • Product is two weeks before delivery_date: Notifies employees two weeks before a product's delivery date.

  • Product is two days before delivery date: Alerts employees two days before a product is scheduled for delivery.

  • Product delivery is today: Notifies employees that a product is due to be delivered today.

  • Product is awaiting customer delivery for two months: Alerts employees when products have been pending customer action for two months.

  • Product is awaiting confirmation for four months: Notifies employees that products have been awaiting customer confirmation for four months.

  • Service needs to be handed over to atelier: Notifies employees when services are due to be handed over to the goldsmith.

  • Service has been in the atelier for seven days: Alerts employees when a service has been in the atelier for seven days.

  • Offer has expired: Alerts employees that an offer has expired.

  • Note with a reminder date alert: Reminds employees of a note or task related to a customer or contract.

  • Contract can be marked as complete: Notifies employees that a contract is nearing completion and requires finalization.

  • Check new contract for errors: Prompts employees to review new contracts and ensure all details are correct.

Marking Notifications as Read

Employees can manage their notifications by marking individual notifications as read or marking all unread notifications as read in one action. The system tracks which employee marked the notification as read.

Filtering Notifications

Users can filter notifications based on various parameters, such as:

  • Notification Type: Filter by type of notification (e.g., product delivery, contract check).
  • Read/Unread Status: Filter by whether the notification has been read.
