Contact

The Contact module in Flux CRM is built using Vue.js and provides a contact form for sending HTML-formatted emails to customers or other email addresses. The form is designed for easy communication and can be customized based on where it is accessed.

Prefilled Contact Form​

When the contact form is accessed from the Contract Details Page, the form is prefilled with the customer's relevant information, such as:

  • Customer Name: Automatically populated from the contract.
  • Email Address: The customer’s email address is prefilled.

This allows for faster communication with the customer directly linked to a specific contract.

Custom Contact Form​

If the form is accessed independently (not from a contract), users can manually enter the necessary details, including:

  • Email Address
  • Subject
  • Message Body

The form supports sending HTML-formatted emails, allowing for rich content and structured communication.

Email Sending​

The system sends the emails to the specified recipient, ensuring that the message is properly formatted and delivered to the correct email address. It can be used for customer communication or any other external email recipients.
