Notes

The Notes module in Flux CRM allows employees to manage customer and contract notes. These notes help track important information related to specific contracts or customers. The notes interface is built using Vue.js, providing real-time interactivity and filtering options.

Structural Overview

Frontend (Vue.js)

The notes are displayed in a list, and users can filter them based on various parameters, such as:

  • Customer Name: Filter notes by the customer they are associated with.
  • Contract ID: Filter notes related to specific contracts.
  • Date Created: Filter notes based on when they were added.

Managing Notes

Users can perform the following actions directly from the Notes List:

  • Edit Notes: Update the content of a note.
  • Archive/Unarchive Notes: Archive notes that are no longer needed, or unarchive them if they need to be referenced again.
  • Pin Notes: Pin important notes to the top of the list for easy access.

Adding Notes

Notes are typically added on:

  • Contract Details Page: Notes related to the specific contract are added and tracked here.
  • Product Detail Page: Product-related notes are added and managed from this page.

The notes feature provides flexibility for employees to keep track of important information while maintaining a clean and organized list.
