Suppliers

The Suppliers module in Flux CRM is built using Vue.js and provides a comprehensive system for managing supplier information, communication, and interactions. This feature allows users to add, edit, and monitor suppliers, while also giving suppliers restricted access to only the information relevant to them.

Structural Overview​

Frontend (Vue.js)​

The supplier management interface is a Vue.js-based module that includes the following features:

  • Add New Supplier: Users can create new supplier profiles by entering relevant details such as company name and contact information.
  • Suppliers List: A list of all suppliers that can be filtered and searched by various parameters (e.g., name, location).
  • Edit Supplier: Users can edit existing supplier information, such as updating contact details.

Supplier Email Traffic​

The system tracks and displays Email Traffic with each supplier. Users can view past email communications between the company and the supplier, providing a clear history of interactions. This helps ensure that all important messages and requests are logged and can be referenced easily.

Supplier User Profiles​

Flux CRM allows administrators to create User Profiles for suppliers. These profiles are restricted to ensure suppliers only see what is important to them:

  • Product Tracking List: Suppliers have access to a product tracking list, which allows them to see what they need to work on or what requests are coming soon.
  • Limited Access: Supplier users are restricted from accessing sensitive or irrelevant information, ensuring they only see tasks and data related to their responsibilities.

This ensures that suppliers are kept informed of their tasks while maintaining security and confidentiality within the system.
